  • 2 peppers, grilled and cut into ribbons
  • ¼ cup (60 g) yogurt</

Method

Spoon the corn into four bowls or plates. Top with the (warm or room-temperature) peppers. Dot or drizzle the yogurt over the whole thing. Garnish with the torn basil leaves. (A healthy spoonful of dukkah over this is delicious, too.)
