Ingredients

  • ½ lb (230 g) mushrooms (any variety), sliced in half or pieces
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Clean and roast the mushrooms until they are crispy, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Grill the romaine as in the master recipe and let cool, uncovered.

Heat the beans until warm, douse them in the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and a big pinch of salt, and remove from the heat.
