This is my favorite and most utilized method for cooking greens. Adding the garlic and chili flakes at the same time as the wine prevents those from burning, and they can steam in the reducing wine. The flavor is magically more than the sum of its parts. It is lightning fast. And pairs with just about anything else that you are making for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner.
