Method

Combine the leeks, radishes, and parsley with the vinaigrette. Season the pork chops liberally with salt and pepper and sear in a large frying pan until cooked through, about 7 minutes each side. Allow the chops to rest for 7 minutes, and then top with the slaw or place alongside and serve.
