Method

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Brown the sausages in a frying pan. Transfer from the pan to a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven, about 10 minutes. Warm the onions in the sausage frying pan. Combine the cabbage, mustard, olive oil, and parsley, and toss to coat. Remove the sausages from the oven and serve with the cabbage-onion salad.
