  • Neutral oil
  • ¼ tsp (1 g) chili flakes
  • 2 cups

Method

Heat a glug of neutral oil in a frying pan. Add the chili flakes and briefly fry. Add the peas and a big pinch of salt and toss to coat and cook, then add the butter and mint and toss to combine. Serve next to grilled lamb and dot with the fromage blanc.
