You could also make this a chicken salad by chopping the chicken and the radishes and combining all together.
Pan sear the chicken breasts. Combine the celery, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, and 2 pinches of salt. When the chicken is cooked through, serve with the cold celery salad and warm poached radishes.
