Lay the oregano on the grill over high heat until the leaves begin to singe. When cool, brush the leaves into a large bowl and crumble with your hands.
Toss the oregano together with the squash, pecans, and olive oil. Taste for seasoning and adjust. Transfer to a serving platter, dot with the goat cheese, and serve.
