  • ½ cup (120 g) plain yogurt

Method

Whisk together the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Add to the sunchokes and radishes (including any good radish greens) and toss. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with the dill and serve.
