Ingredients: 2 cups claret; 2 tablespoons sparkling water; Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water and the reserved berries. This soup looks lovely when presented in a glass bowl. A dollop of whipped sweet or sour cream may be placed in each portion, if desired. Serve plain biscuits on the side.; Put 12 ounces of the berries through a vegetable mill, reserving the remaining 4 ounces (1 cup) for garnish. Stir in the sugar and then add the claret. Chill well.; 1 pound fresh raspberries; ½ cup sugar (or more, to taste, depending on the sweetness of the berries)
