These beautiful frosted berries look sparkling and festive mounded high in a footed glass bowl. Try them as a perfect highlight for your next holiday buffet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cranberries
  • 1 egg white
  • cups sugar

Method

Beat the egg white until foamy but not stiff. Pour the cranberries into the foamy egg white, stirring gently until the berries are completely coated.

Put the sugar in a large bowl and add the cranberries. Toss until the berries are completely coated with sugar.

Preheat the oven to 150°F
