  • 6 to 8 large scallion(s), finely chopped
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup minced

Method

Sauté the scallions in the butter for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Let cool slightly before using.
