  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon

Method

Mix together the sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl, and beat with an electric mixer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cream has doubled in bulk. Spoon the beaten cream over berries, and serve.
