Once you’ve tasted these delicious mushroom “burgers,” you’ll be converted. Try them Russian- style with sour cream, or serve them po-amerikanski in a bun.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

Place the fresh breadcrumbs in a small bowl and pour the half-and-half over them. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes, until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
