A lovely dessert from Belarus, as served at the Minsk restaurant in Moscow.
Pour boiling water over the prunes and soak them, covered, until they have swelled. Drain. If the prunes have not been pitted, carefully remove the pits with a sharp knife, leaving the prunes as intact as possible. Dry them on paper towels.
Mix the tvorog with the sugar. With a pastry tube, fill the prunes with the sweetened tvorog.
