This Georgian-inspired recipe makes a wonderfully refreshing finale to a meal. It’s also lovely as a teatime snack. With its healthy ingredients, this dessert is guilt free. Be sure to start with a sweet melon.


  • 2 pounds ripe, orange-fleshed melon (or other similar melon)
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
