  • About

This is a salad that can be eaten immediately, but the flavour will improve if you have the time to leave it for a couple of hours before serving. The best way to make it is to shred fresh cabbage as finely as you can–please don’t use those packets of pre-cut cabbage!

Ingredients

  • 300 g green cabbage
  • 300 g red cabbage
  • 40 g

Method

Shred the cabbages finely and combine in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
