This is good together with a green salad or an Israeli salad, or as part of a mezze. It is our mom’s recipe and the secret is a LOT of dill. We use dill in most things and often customers come into the shop and say, ‘Ah! Dill again? You use dill in everything!’ Even the staff ask, ‘More dill?’ It’s just something we’ve been brought up with and I absolutely love the flavour.
