  • About

We use large quantities of fresh herbs in our salads. If I can say one thing about dressing a salad it is don’t be shy with the herbs, especially in this salad.

Ingredients

  • 90 g fine green beans
  • 100 g fresh green peas
  • 100 g

Method

Cut the fine green beans into 3 pieces. Combine the green beans, peas, sugar snaps, mangetout, corn kernels and red onion in a mixing bowl.

Prepare the dressing by blending the herbs with the yoghurt, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender until the mixture is smooth. When you are ready to serve the salad, add the dressing to the vegetables and toss all the ingredients well together.</
