This salad is very healthy and you just know you’re doing a good thing by eating it! Everything is chopped into pieces of approximately the same size, which is why the flavours come together so well.

Ingredients

  • 500 g carrots
  • 2 medium-sized broccoli heads
  • 1 cauliflower

Method

Cut all the vegetables into the same size small blocks and chop the parsley finely.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. When you are ready to serve the salad, pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well.
