Growing up we never had fruit in salads but I absolutely love this combination, especially with the tartness of the goat’s cheese.
To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place the baby leaves on a flattish platter, crumble the goat’s cheese over them and sprinkle with the cranberries and blueberries. When you are ready to serve the salad, sprinkle the pine nuts over the top and pour the dressing all over.
