  • 300 g fine green beans, halved
  • 200 g baby corn, sliced

Method

Mix the green beans, baby corn, fresh peas, cucumber and red onion together in a bowl. Prepare the dressing by blending the cream cheese with the dill and parsley.

Add the cream cheese mix to the vegetables with the poppy seeds, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together well and serve.
