  • 250 g dried chickpeas
  • 400 g baby marrows, sliced thinly
  • 300

Method

Soak the chickpeas overnight in 3 times the amount of water. Strain them through a colander and rinse under cold water. Then boil the chickpeas in water for about half an hour until they are soft.

Chargrill the baby marrows in a griddle pan until they are just cooked through and the char marks are visible.

For the dressing mix together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juic
