Our mom never baked much for us growing up but her mushroom pie, or pashtida as it’s called in Hebrew, sticks in my memory. This bake is not her own recipe but was inspired but her mushroom pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Swiss chard
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 100–150 ml sunflo

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
