  • 1 cup sunflower oil

Method

Prepare the dough by mixing together the water, oil and salt. Add enough flour all at once to make a firm dough. Knead the dough a little and then shape it into walnut sized balls. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mashing the potatoes and mixing them with the rest of the ingredients while they are still hot.
