  • 300 g leeks, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp

Method

For the filling, fry the leeks in the oil until they go soft and translucent. Add the garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and continue cooking for about 10 minutes until all the flavours have come together. Then add the butter and mix through.

Allow this mixture to cool down and then add the goat’s cheese and cream cheese.

Flour a working surface and lay out the sheets of puff pastry
