  • 800 g sweet potato, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 kg

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Put the sweet potato, onion and butternut slices in a large mixing bowl. Blend together the cream with the thyme, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.

Place the vegetables in a casserole dish, making sure they are packed tightly together.
