Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ cups castor sugar
  • 175 ml sun

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Grease a 20-cm springform tin and line the base and sides with baking paper.

Beat the eggs and sugar together in a mixer until the mixture turns light and fluffy.

Add the oil in slowly on a low speed setting and then the lemon zest.
