This drink is certainly healthy, with kale and spinach, a rehydrating coconut water base and avocado for a little thickness, but it’s also got a touch of sweetness from the pear and date. Refreshing, filling and entirely nutritious.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth.
Sprinkle with your choice of garnish and serve.
Alternatively, this will keep in the fridge for a couple of hours. When ready to serve, garnish and enjoy.
