For the chai

  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) almond milk or milk of choice

Method

Place all the chai ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat and bring to the boil, then alternate between a low and high heat so that the chai bubbles up and rises to the top of the saucepan, then simmers down again.
