This refreshing and tangy lime-infused side salad with a touch of red chilli complements any thali or spread, adding a little bite and crunch on the side, simple zesty relief from the spice blends and curries.
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the mint leaves. Sprinkle over the mint leaves and add more red chilli powder if you like, then serve as a side salad.
