Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz/1⅔ cups) natural yoghurt
  • 400

Method

In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour into a jug and leave in the fridge for about an hour until chilled. Serve with coriander (cilantro) leaves sprinkled into each glass.
