  • 3 carrots
  • 3 spring onions (scallions)
  • 1 tomato

Method

Preparation

Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds. Cut the spring onions into quarters and finely dice the tomato.

Cover the lentils with cold water. Season with salt and pepper, then bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the bouquet garni and the carrot rounds.
