Peel and thinly slice the red onions. Cut the tomato in half and slice it into half rounds.
Mix the mayonnaise and ntorolo together.
In a fry pan, sweat the red nokoss in a little oil, add the beef mince and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
