In a large mortar, crush the bread until it becomes a powder. Add the brown sugar and continue to crush and mix well. Tip the bread mixture into a bowl, add the peanut butter and work the dough with your hands until it is crumbly.
Gradually add the evaporated milk, continuing to work the mbouraké with your hands to make it crumbly.
Serve with stewed fruit,
