We make fresh strawberry whipped cream quite often around here. I love it as a topping for cupcakes, strawberry shortcake, and fresh fruit. But my all-time favorite dessert for this fluffy whipped cream is on top of a moist three-layer vanilla cake with a sweet strawberry jam in the middle.
