Chocolate-Dipped Pretzels

Chocolate-dipped pretzels are where my candy addiction began and I couldn’t write a candy cookbook without them. They’re a family favorite that I’ve been making for years, even before I knew how to prepare any other kind of dessert. I typically make a big batch of them using white and semi-sweet chocolate, and I’ve included both in this recipe. Don’t forget to adorn some (or all!) pretzels with colorful sprinkles. Clearly, they’re the best part.
