This is another sesame dish, this time using white seeds blended with tofu.
Put the tofu in a sieve and leave for 15–30 minutes to get rid of the excess water.
Next, gently toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden but not burnt. While still warm, grind them in a pestle and mortar until you achieve a smooth and oily paste.
