This is another sesame dish, this time using white seeds blended with tofu.

Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 250 g/9 oz.silken or medium-firm tofu
  • 4 tbsp

Method

Put the tofu in a sieve and leave for 15–30 minutes to get rid of the excess water.

Next, gently toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden but not burnt. While still warm, grind them in a pestle and mortar until you achieve a smooth and oily paste. Mix in the drained tofu and other sauce ingredients and work the paste until it becomes the consistency of houmous (add some water
