Bill Bill’s Nothing Fancy Classic Coleslaw

You know how men like to have a signature dish in the kitchen? Oh-the-hou-ha when they are busy ‘creating’, and oh-the-mess they leave behind... ho-hum. Anyway, my grandfather’s signature dish was coleslaw, and this is his ‘recipe’. He was a bank manager, but should have been on the stage: he loved dressing up, but his closet theatricality really flowed when he was allowed in the kitchen.
