A Twist on the Same Theme

Stumbled across this idea on Pinterest, which to be honest is one website I rarely visit: it seems to be full of impossibly talented and beautiful people showing off. Ho-hum. Anyway, the idea is that you make a portable salad in a jar. Not only will it look real pretty (thus creating lunch-box envy), but if you make it right, it’ll stay fresh and pert until you want to shake it up and eat it.
