Biriyani Salad with Raitha Dressing *Uses Leftovers*

Us corner shopkeepers – we might have to eat pretty fast, but we do eat well, you know. After all, we do have the best of everything at our fingertips.

This salad is a combo of my greengrocer’s wife’s biryani recipe and circumstance (i.e. a hot dish gone cold).
