Ingredients: 150 g/5½ oz.soft Brie, cut into 2 cm/¾ in.dice; 1–2 tbsp breadcrumbs (from stale bread); 2tbsp red wine vinegar; 1heaped tsp Dijon mustard; salt and freshly ground black pepper; salt and freshly ground black pepper; 4 small waxy potatoes, peeled; 3 large eggs; 80 g/3 oz green beans, cut into 3 cm/1 in. pieces; 1 small frisée lettuce (or any crisp, slightly bitter leaf); handful of lamb’s lettuce; handful of lamb’s lettuce; 12 cherry tomatoes; oil, for frying; 75 g/2¾ oz lardons; 1 tbsp flour; 1–2 tbsp breadcrumbs (from stale bread)

Peasant salad. Hmm.
