A nice simple salad with real fancy accessories. Master Shopcat and I often have this for lunch – although needless to say, he prefers it unadorned.

Ingredients

For the Sprinkles

  • 100 g/ oz/ cups rolled oats
  • 2

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F/Gas mark 3.

Mix the oats with the spices and seasoning, and whisk the oil with the egg white and the Worcestershire sauce. Pour the latter over the former and mix well with a wooden spoon before spreading out on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
