Minted Lettuce and Strawberry Salad

This is a delightfully simple salad. Let’s face it: strawberries have to work less hard than other fruits to get the oohs and aahs and curtain calls – and so we will let them do most of the talking in this recipe. It is a great little number to prepare if you are, um, trying to pull impress. The dish goes particularly well with a cheeseboard chaser.
