Everybody’s favourite, yes? It’s one of those dressings wherein you come to resent the actual salad; the sort you just want to shovel in by the spoonful. This is at its best served with a bacon bit-strewed salad of apple and celery and iceberg lettuce, but hey you can put it on your porridge, if you like.
Mash the blue cheese then beat in the other ingredients. You can use a blender for a smoother end result. Don’t stand and eat it with a spoon: you will make yourself sick.
