Just for a bit of fun...

This is a modern Ethiopian dressing that I sourced from one of my East African customers. As it is quite different (and a bit of a crowd pleaser), I thought it should have a place in the book. It is (if you leave out the hotter spices) a cracking (sneaky) way of getting reluctant small folk to eat vegetables.
