  • 1 bottle (750 ml) vodka

Method

Peel and slice the pineapple, then cut into 2-inch chunks. In an airtight container, combine the pineapple and vodka, making sure the pineapple is completely submerged in the vodka, and cap tightly. Let infuse at room temperature for at least 8 hours, shaking or stirring lightly every few hours to release the pineapple flavor. The longer the infusion time, the deeper the flavors. Taste and make
