  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) brandy

Method

In an airtight container, combine the strawberries and brandy and cap tightly. Let infuse at room temperature for at least 8 hours, shaking or stirring lightly every few hours to release the strawberry flavor. The longer the infusion time, the deeper the flavors. Taste and make sure the infusion is to your liking.
