In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the diced green chiles and butter and beat on medium speed until well mixed. Increase the speed to medium-high and continue to beat until the color lightens and the texture is fluffy, 3–4 minutes.
Use right away or keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve at room temperature.
