Also known as Frogmore stew, our Lowcountry boil centers on wild Georgia shrimp, andouille sausage, and our very own Lowcountry Boil Seasoning, which, as you’ll discover throughout this book, goes great on just about anything.
Make the boil stock as directed, then follow the layering instructions. For this particular boil, we like to toss the shrimp in the boil seasoning 1 hour before the shrimp goes into the pot, as it seeps into the flesh and makes the shrimp extra tasty.
